2 parts echinacea
 2 parts chamomile
1 part mint
1 part anise seed
1 part thyme

A nice hot cup of this remedy will have you jumping back into the garden to plant more of all the herbs that comprise this delightful tea. Ahhhh, sit back and enjoy. You deserve it!
